Description:

Ironhouse Sanitary District (ISD, District) seeks proposals from qualified, experienced firms in land appraisal. The District requests that interested proposers provide a scope and fee for the appraisal of the Jersey Island in Contra Costa County, California. The District is the Intended User and also owns Jersey Island. 

Proposals will be evaluated and scored according to the requirements described in this Request for Proposals. Exhibit A contains the Draft Professional Services Agreement under which the consultant will perform its Services.
