Ironhouse Sanitary District (ISD, District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide professional services to prepare a Wastewater Treatment Master Plan (Master Plan) for its Water Recycling Facility (WRF). The Master Plan will determine the future direction, capital improvement budgets, and priorities for the District’s wastewater treatment plant, as well as Biosolids treatment facilities and use of recycled water. Proposals will be evaluated and scored in accordance with the requirements described in this Request for Proposals. The top three ranked proposals will be invited to oral interviews. The final selection of the top-ranked Respondent will be based on the sum of the proposal and interview scores.
