Ironhouse Sanitary District (ISD, District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide professional services to prepare a Technology Master Plan (Master Plan). Proposals will be evaluated and scored in accordance with the requirements described in this Request for Proposals. The top three ranked proposals may be invited to oral interviews. The final selection of the top-ranked Respondent will be based on the sum of the proposal and interview scores.
