Description:

Ironhouse Sanitary District (ISD, District) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide professional services to provide On-Call Environmental Services to support Ironhouse projects. Proposals will be evaluated and scored in accordance with the requirements described in this Request for Proposals. The top three ranked proposals will be invited to oral interviews. The final selection of the top-ranked Respondent will be based on the sum of the proposal and interview scores.

The Draft Professional Services Agreement whereby the consultant will perform its Services is contained in Exhibit A.

This RFP does not commit the District to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and presentation of submittals or to select any interested firms who respond.

The term Respondent refers to any legal entity or entities submitting a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP).
