Jean-Marc is the new General Manager at Ironhouse Sanitary District, joining as the GM in July 2024. He is also the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Reclamation District No. 830.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a minor in Mathematics, followed by a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO.

Jean-Marc started his career in consulting engineering as a design engineer in Wisconsin and worked as a consultant in sixteen states. He has been registered as a PE in seven states and has a current PE license in California.

In 2014, Jean-Marc joined Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (Central San) as the Director of Engineering and Technical Services and acting Director of Operations, overseeing the treatment plant, recycled water, and collection system for an interim period. He has been an active member of CASA, BACWA, East Bay Leadership Council, WEF/CWEA, and NACWA and served as an alternate board member on the executive committee of BACWA.
