Diego Verduzco is a lifelong resident of Oakley, California, where he is deeply committed to public service and community well-being. With a strong background in infrastructure planning and policy evaluation, he has served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Oakley and currently works as an Infrastructure Analyst. His work across the planning commission and his role as an analyst spans zoning, environmental review, and strategic resource allocation, reflecting a dedication to ethical governance and sustainable development.

He holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and brings advanced expertise in process implementation and improvement, statistical reasoning, and stakeholder engagement. Diego is known for his analytical rigor, transparent leadership style, and ability to translate complex data into actionable public policy. His professional focus centers on building resilient systems that serve the public equitably and efficiently.

Outside of his professional life, Diego is raising his teenage daughter in the city he has always called home. He enjoys staying active in the community and finds joy in outdoor activities such as hiking, exploring new cities, and traveling. His lifelong connection to Oakley and passion for civic engagement continue to shape his commitment to meaningful public service.
