OAKLEY, CA (October 20, 2025) — Residents of Oakley and Bethel Island joined Ironhouse Sanitary District (ISD) on Saturday, October 18, 2025, to celebrate 80 years of protecting public health, preserving the environment, and supporting the region’s growth. The milestone event honored the people and partnerships that have made reliable wastewater service and environmental stewardship possible since 1945.
