Ironhouse Sanitary District (ISD or District) invites qualified consulting firms to submit a proposal to provide engineering design and bid period services for the Water Recycling Facility (WRF) Improvements - Phase I (Phase I Improvements). The selected Consultant will develop biddable plans and specifications for the Phase I Improvements, which comprise approximately $2.5 million of upgrades to the existing WRF plant, located in Oakley, California.
