Recycled Water Fill Stations
ISD offers Residential and Commercial Recycled Water Fill Stations year round. The Residential Recycled Water Fill Station is a free service to Oakley and Bethel Island Resident. Residents can use the recycled water for plants, trees, driveway cleaning and more. The Commercial Recycled Water Fill Station is open for all commercial use for construction and dust control needs.

Private Sewer Regulations and Replacement Program
Preventing the potential harmful discharge of untreated wastewater into the environment through leaky or unsound sewer lines protects the public health, safety, and welfare of our community. For this reason, Ironhouse Sanitary District requires timely inspections, maintenance, repair and replacement of private sewers lines. Biosolids
At ISD's technologically advanced Water Recycling Facility the nutrient rich natural byproducts of wastewater treatment - referred to as "biosolids" - are highly processed and analyzed to ensure safety before they leave the facility to be used at a local landfill as alternative daily cover.
